Dirty Dozen Collective presented to EAVE Producers
Dirty Dozen Collective was presented to european producers by our member MAJA PEK during the 2016 edition of EAVE Producers Workshop held in Druskininkai, Lithuania.
EAVE aims at fiction and documentary producers but in the last years has also organised smaller sessions about TV drama production in the framework of EAVE Producers Workshop.
Matti Hallonen, producer of Bordertown held a session on the writing process of TV drama, followed by the presentation of Serial Eyes programme and Dirty Dozen Collective by Maja Pek. Producers were very interested to find out how to create, develop and produce TV series and what is the role of a showrunner.

Dirty Dozen members working on a new prime time legal show
Dirty Dozen members Jana Burbach and Nikolaus Schulz-Dornburg are working on a new prime time legal show. Produced by Olga Film GmbH and Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg (RBB) the procedural series takes place in modern day Berlin and follows the life of blind female lawyer Romy Heiland. Jana Burbach is serving as head writer, with Dirty Dozen Member Nikolaus Schulz-Dornburg and writer Christoph Callenberg completing the writing team.
Dirty Dozen @ Paris III Sorbonne Nouvelle
Our Dirty Dozen member Cécile Kiegel participated on April 27th, 2016 to a panel at Paris III Sorbonne Nouvelle University along with Patrick Vanetti, head of CEEA, Clothilde Jamin, screenwriter “Falco”, Léo Soesanto, journalist (Les Inrocks and SoapEditions), Bérénice Bocquillon, researcher and Frédéric Rosset, screenwriter, creator of “Beautiful Loser”.
The general question was: “Does the French showrunner exist?”.

The Head of Serial Eyes program Lorraine Sullivan was part of the panel: Identifying Talents: The challenge of European Co-Productions.
Furthermore, Jimmy Desmarais, Co-CEO of Atlantique Productions , announced Dirty Dozen as the first European writers’ collective to work with a European producers collective he had established.
Afterwards, we were introduced to Vincent Leclercq, Head of Audiovisual sector and digital creation at CNC. He tweeted about us.

Wiedeke Brünjes hired as Junior Producer
Exciting news for our Dirty Dozen member Wiedeke Brünjes.
Wiedeke was hired to work on the german Hospital Drama https://psychology-essays.com/essay-writing “In Aller Freundschaft” as Junior-Producer.
